1. Change of Mind Returns

If you have purchased an item online or through distance selling, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason — including simply changing your mind.
To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
  • The return request must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

2. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

If an item is faulty, damaged, or misdescribed, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • You have 30 days from the date of receipt to report the issue.
  • Once verified, we will offer either a refund or replacement at no extra cost.

3. How to Request a Return

  • Your order number
  • Details of the product
  • Reason for the return

Our team will provide you with return instructions. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

5. Exclusions

  • Returns may not be accepted for items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or altered in any way.
  • Personalized or customized items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
